Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French Consumer Code (Article L221-18), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• To initiate a return, contact us at info@astiervillat.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Date and place of purchase

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos of the product

  • Reason for return

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we cover return shipping.

• For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days.

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• It may take up to 8 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or legal restrictions. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
